User Data Deletion

SomaStack lets you delete your account and associated personal data. This page explains how to request deletion for Meta/Facebook app compliance and for all SomaStack users.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your SomaStack account with the subject line Data deletion request. Include the email you used to sign up. We will verify ownership and delete your data within 30 days.

What we delete

Account email, display name, and authentication records
Onboarding profile answers and supplement stack configuration
Daily checklist and hydration tracking history
Strava/Google connection tokens

What may be retained temporarily

Server logs and security audit records (up to 90 days, then purged)
Billing records required by law if you had a paid subscription

Third-party services

Disconnecting SomaStack does not delete data held by Strava, Google, or Meta. Revoke SomaStack access in those services separately if needed.
