How It Works
Build and review a draft schedule from the products and label directions you provide.
Describe your routine
Add your supplements, product-label directions or amounts, preferred schedule, training activities, and calendar preferences.
- Enter each product exactly as it appears on its label.
- Describe the schedule and activities you want the reminders to fit around.
- Optionally connect Strava to make your activity schedule easier to organize.
Review your draft schedule
SomaStack creates an AI-assisted schedule using only the products and product-label directions or amounts you provide.
- Products: SomaStack does not add or prescribe supplements.
- Practical timing: Products are grouped into practical times of day for your review.
- Amounts: SomaStack displays the amount entered by you or shown on the product label.
Review every item before confirming the schedule. SomaStack does not verify that a product or combination is safe for your individual circumstances.
Track your routine
Use daily checklists to record what you took and view scheduled activities alongside your supplement plan.
- Daily Supplement Tracker: Tick off your Morning, Lunch, and bedtime items. A visual recovery progress bar tracks completion.
- Training Sync: View today's scheduled training program side-by-side with your checklist.
- Strava activity view: Imported workouts can appear alongside the schedule.
Sync your calendar
Subscribe through Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook and receive schedule updates across your devices.
- Copy your unique, secure
webcal://link. - Subscribe directly inside Apple Calendar, **Google Calendar**, or **Microsoft Outlook**.
- Your calendar provider periodically refreshes the feed after schedule changes.
