Your journey starts with a simple, secure onboarding survey. We capture details about your basic physiology and weekly routine:

  • Gender and Age (critical for vitamin clearances and hormone-regulating adaptogens).
  • Activity Intensity (determining muscular load and structural joint friction).
  • A detailed text summary of your workouts, or a direct data sync with your Strava profile to auto-import your recent mileage, heart rate load, and activity duration.

AI Supplement Synthesis

Using Google's advanced **Gemini models**, our biohacking coach Ana evaluates your physiological routine. Rather than giving a generic list, Ana builds a specialized JSON protocol detailing:

  • Specific Selections: Core multivitamins, mineral complexes (like Magnesium Glycinate), metabolic buffers (like Creatine Monohydrate), and joint lubricants.
  • Timing Protocols: Sorting doses into Morning, Lunch, Bedtime, or Post-workout to ensure zero digestive conflicts.
  • Dosage and Reasoning: Precise, weight/age-aware milligrams accompanied by clear physiological justifications.

Daily Interactive Checklists

Once your stack is synthesized, you enter your dashboard. Here, you get a clean split checklist:

  • Daily Supplement Tracker: Tick off your Morning, Lunch, and bedtime items. A visual recovery progress bar tracks completion.
  • Training Sync: View today's scheduled training program side-by-side with your checklist.
  • Strava Matcher: If you complete a workout and upload it to Strava, SomaStack links it directly to your dashboard to log matching recovery metrics automatically.
Step 04

Live Apple Calendar Subscription

To ensure you never miss a dose, SomaStack converts your schedule into a calendar stream. Under the **Calendar Sync** tab, you can:

  • Copy your unique, secure webcal:// link.
  • Subscribe directly inside Apple Calendar, **Google Calendar**, or **Microsoft Outlook**.
  • Set the auto-refresh rate to **Every hour** or **Every day**. Any workout changes or supplement revisions you discuss with Coach Ana are pushed automatically to your phone or computer.
